Whiteparish Surgery is a rural, dispensing practice looking after an increasing patient population of 7,000, within easy access of Southampton, Romsey and Salisbury. We have a purpose-built surgery which is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Whiteparish.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a salaried GP to join our friendly, cohesive and happy team for 4 sessions per week, to include a Friday. We would welcome applications from newly qualified GP’s including those who are completing their training in August.
We have a collaborative approach to patient care with the emphasis on delivering a high quality of care to our patients. The clinical team consists of 4 GP Partners; 2 salaried GP’s; 2 ANP’s; 2 Practice nurses; 2 HCAs, a phlebotomist, a clinical pharmacist. They are very well supported by the reception, administrative and dispensing teams as well as our social prescriber. There are regular opportunities for the clinical team to meet to encourage shared learning and support.
We are a popular training practice and also facilitate Southampton University Medical Students.

Whiteparish Surgery are seeking a receptionist to join their team to help patients with their queries over the phone and face to face.
The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team, who are key to the smooth running of our busy practice, providing excellent customer service and projecting a professional image.
We are looking for a caring, hardworking individual who thrives on providing excellent patient care and customer service. They must have a calm, confident manner; good communication skills; the ability to multitask; a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
We have various hours available Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm.
The successful candidate will also be required to provide annual leave and sickness cover for other team members.
Previous experience of working in a medical setting is preferred but not essential. In return we offer excellent, friendly working conditions and membership to the NHS pension scheme.

The team at Whiteparish Surgery are looking for an administrator to join their friendly team.
We are looking for a caring, hardworking individual who works well under pressure whilst also being able to provide an excellent service to the patients and staff of Whiteparish Surgery. They must have a calm, confident manner; good communication skills; the ability to multi task; a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They must be a team player who can, on occasions, cover shifts outside of their set hours.
The position available is for 25 hours per week.
Previous experience of working as an administrator in a medical setting is preferred but not essential. In return we offer excellent, friendly working conditions and membership to the NHS pension scheme.
