Whiteparish Surgery Launches SystmConnect for Online Requests
We are pleased to announce that Whiteparish Surgery has moved to SystmConnect, an online consultation platform that makes it easier for you to contact us and access care.
With SystmConnect, you can now submit a wide range of requests online, including:
-
GP consultations
-
Medication requests and queries
-
Administrative requests
-
New or continuation Med3 (sick note) requests
You can access SystmConnect directly through our surgery website, or if you prefer, you can call or visit the Practice and a member of our team will help complete the request with you.
How to Use SystmConnect:
-
Choose the questionnaire you need
-
Complete and submit your request
You do not need to create an account to use the service, but you must be registered with our Practice. If you wish, you can also log in using your NHS app or SystmOnline credentials.
If possible patients will receive replies via their preferred communication method — whether that be a phone call, SMS, or email. This may not always be suitable so please ensure you supply a contact number on your submission.
Using SystmConnect allows you to provide all the necessary information in one go, helping us respond efficiently without the need for multiple phone calls. This reduces phone traffic and allows us to allocate our resources more effectively.
For patients who do not have internet access or someone to assist them, our reception team will be happy to help complete the request in person or over the phone.
We are excited to implement this service and remain committed to providing the best care possible.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Whiteparish Surgery
