We are pleased to welcome and accept new patients from our practice area which is 150 square miles from Salisbury to Romsey to the New Forest.

Villages and surrounding areas include Alderbury, Brook , Canada, Farley, Fritham, Lockerley, Pitton, Plaitford, Redlynch, Sherfield English, The Grimsteads, West Dean, West Wellow and Woodfalls.

New patients are given an NHS registration form and a health and medical questionnaire to fill in; you will also be offered an appointment for a well person check with the nursing team. We use this opportunity to collect information on your past medical history, health problems, regular medication and a base line of current health. It is also a good time to check all immunisations, cervical smears and contraceptive requirements are up to date. Unfortunately it can take up to two months to obtain your medical notes from your previous doctor so it is important we collect this information from you directly.

Temporary Residents
We will be happy to see friends and relatives staying with you if they need to see a doctor or nurse. People who are away from home and need medical help can do this asking to see a doctor or nurse as a temporary resident.

You may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.
